The Pricing Promise

This is the promise, in writing — the same words shown at checkout:

Founding members: your founding price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active. It never goes up. If a payment fails, you have 30 days to fix it before the lock is lost. If you cancel and come back later, the lock does not come back with you.
Every other customer: the price you sign up at is guaranteed for your first 24 months. After that, if prices ever rise, your price rises only at a renewal, by no more than 10% in any year, only after at least 90 days' written notice — and you can cancel before the new price ever touches you.
Annual plans: the year you paid for never changes mid-year, for anyone.
Month-to-month means month-to-month. Cancel anytime, yourself, in the app. No phone call, no retention maze, no cancellation fee.
